2 cups turkey (cooked, diced)
1 1/2 cup cheese (reserve 1/2 cup of cheese for topping)
1/4 cup green pepper
1/4 cup canned pimento (or tomatoes)
1 small onion (chopped)
1 can mushroom soup
1 can water
1 tsp celery salt
1/4 tsp sage
1/4 tsp pepper

Cook and drain 1 1/2 cups macaroni or pasta shells

Directions:

  • Mix all ingredients together except for the reserved cheese, add to the cooked macaroni, mix well.
  • Bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350°F. Allow to bubble for at least 1/2 hour.
  • Add reserved 1/2 cup cheese to top of casserole shortly before removing dish from oven.
