Cranberry Bourbon Relish: Don’t let the recipe name intimidate you, this is a simple recipe using easy to find ingredients (Bourbon, shallot, orange zest, cranberries, sugar, ginger and black pepper). Basically just bring ingredients to a boil (syrupy glaze stage), add sugar and cranberries and cook for a bit, then refrigerate until needed. Dish could easily be made the day before dinner.
