First Step:

Dissolve 1 tsp gelatin in 4 tsp water, stir until thick. Microwave 25 to 30 seconds until clear, cool slightly.

Second Step:

1 cup whipping cream
1/4 cup icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Whip together until thickened then add the gelatin mixture (while still whipping); Whip until stiff.
