1 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp salt
2 beaten eggs
1 tall can milk
1 1/2 cups canned pumpkin

  • Blend the sugar, spices and salt.
  • Add eggs, pumpkin and milk. Mix well.
  • Pour into pie shell.
  • Bake in 425°F. for 15 minutes, reduce heat to 350°F. and bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until done (insert knife in center and comes out clean).

Top with homemade whipped cream for the perfect finish.
